Custom crafted by D Guitars Miami out of 175 pieces of wood, both exotic and domestic timbers, to memorialize Flight 175 that struck the second tower on 9/11, which then fell first. Even the pickups and knobs are veneered with exotic wood. The switch tip was actually carved from a piece of hickory then stained dark. It has a one piece set-in purpleheart neck, the fingerboard is 86 pieces with 3/32" white position dots, the headstock is 16 pieces, and the body is 72.
