Q: Can I increase the quality of the videos?
A: Sure. Our video player defaults to “Medium” quality, to accomodate the widest range of our audiences’ internet connections. To increase the video player’s quality (and therefore increase the amount of bandwidth it uses to stream the video) just click the “Prefs” header in the top left of the video player. In the Set Your Preferences pop-up, click High and then click Apply Changes. You will only need to do this one time. The player will remember your settings.
Q: The videos are not appearing in the player! WTF?
A: 1) Calm down, we’ll get this sorted out. 2) The video player requires Flash 8 Player or later. So you might need to download the latest Flash Player. 3) If you have any ad-blocker setting enabled on your browser, this may be preventing the videos from displaying correctly. Try swtiching off any ad-blockers and then check the video out. 4) Hit us up with an email at metalkult666@gmail.com describing your problem and we’ll do our best to get you on track.
