Love your magazine. Many great covers. I'm sure many would agree with me that Brian Setzer is not the best, but his fans have manipulated this contest and therefore the true ratings of these covers are incorrect. :: April 22nd 2008 02:54:46 PM

Hi All, Congratulations to Guitar World, the world's greatest guitar magazine, for their 300th issue. Thank you for delivering great insights and lessons to the guitar aficionados. I would love to see Dave Mustaine and Hearltess Bastards' Erika Wennerstrom together on your cover sometime. Wishing you 3000 issues more, Julio :: March 14th 2008 12:35:55 PM

300 covers and Chuck Berry never made it on one of them. I wonder if the guys from Guitar World ever learn from there mistakes. For example, they wait for George Harrison to die before they give him any recognition (Feb. 02). Chuck won't be with us forever, (he's the one that started it all and influnced and contiues to influnce some of the greatest guitar players ever...i could go on and on). If you don't get it then you don't get it. Put Chuck on your cover! :: March 11th 2008 10:09:57 PM

Johnny Winter was a real influence on the music scene, even before 1980. He had some really great songs and current guitar players should revisit some of his great ones to play for themselves...then they'll love them too like we did. :: March 07th 2008 10:57:24 PM

Two legendary guitarists on the cover of a legendary magazine. How can you not rate this cover as a "5"? Given, it doesn't have the flash and glitz of later covers, but its damn good for the first one. Those of you who disagree can fire away, but like the movies, and Pearl Jam albums, sequels are never as good as the original. :: March 07th 2008 03:27:52 PM

Just watched the DVD of Crossroads Festival 2007 with Johnny jamming with Buddy Guy, Eric Clapton, et. al. My favorite is his version of Highway 61 on the the 30th Anniversary Concert for Bob Dylan. Johnny's slide work and tone were just smokin'!!! :: March 07th 2008 02:59:03 PM
